I own the rights of every commission I make.

The commissioned piece is intended exclusively for personal use of the Client. Do not resell or take credit for it.

I do not take commissions for commercial uses at the moment. This means you cannot use the commission in any activity that involves earning money with it.

I have the right to post the commission on my socials (watermarked and on lower resolution) to promote my work and portfolio unless you specify to keep it private.

You have the right to post the commission on your socials and credit me as Myyrke. You can print for personal use, set as online avatar and use the commission for tabletop campaigns (in case of design sheets).

I do not allow the commissions to be used for AI or NFT.

Visual references / moodboards / description of the personality or behaviour of the character are to be provided. They can be either images or a text.

All commissions will be made in the style of the relative examples provided. Keep in mind that my art style could evolve / improve slightly over time.

I have the right to decline a commission if I feel uneasy about it or exceeds my skills / is not in line with my works.

Let me know in advance if you have a set deadline for the commission to be done (birthday, gift, etc...)

I WILL DO: Original / canon / D&D characters, Humans / humanoid, robots and mecha, chibis, floreal / organic, detailed armor, warframes, weapon designs, ships / couples

I WON'T DO: NSFW / fetish / full nudes (okay if character is partly covered), hateful or political themes, gore / blood, heavily religious, furries, complex technical designs, real people portraits, hyperrealism

At the moment I accept payments only through PayPal. All prices are in euro and USD. When a payment is to be made, I will send you an invoice. Please do not send me money before the invoice.

After initial discussion where you provide references and descriptions of the subject and preferred pose (can be images OR a text) I will provide you with a rough sketch of the work. After you validate it, I will proceed with the cleaned lineart and coloring once you pay the full price.

When I send you a work in progress image of the commission for checking it will be purposefully watermarked and on low resolution. At any moment you can ask for as many edits and fixes as you want but they have to be reasonable (example: I won't completely re-do the pose if I finished the lineart already.)

I can wait up to 10 days for your payment, after that I will cancel the commission.

After file delivery of the final work, no refunds.

You will receive a full refund if for any reason, like real life emergencies, I cannot complete your commission.
